I just read an article in the newspaper. There was an accident on a bridge job where a worker fell to his death. The men were enjoying their coffee break when the dead employee fell from the girder he was siting on. Upon investigation, it was discovered that none of the other workers had actually seen the accident, only the aftermath.
The Workers' Compensation Board, while doing its own investigation of the accident, interviewed the distraught widow as a routine part of the investigation. After much review, it was decided that it was the worker's lunch that caused him to plummet to his death. During the wife's interview, it came out that she had opened a can of cat food rather than tuna on the fateful morning. Her husband's sandwiches were made with the cat food and the investigators decided that the man leaned over to lick his behind causing him to fall from the girder.
