Nothing else. Are they incompetent? Is their computer too optimistic in sending out email?

The package is 21lb so I'll guess it's the RV/parking heater I ordered while Banggood had it for $56. Good price if it survives being dragged behind the FedEx truck on a short rope - seems their tracking is promising no better than that...

I wanted spare parts for the diesel RV/parking heater I bought a couple of years ago. Buying this one for $57 (including tax) gives me 100% spare parts in a single order. Don't think there's a cheaper way to get all the spares: controller, remote, combustion chamber, fan, fuel pump, glow plug (those are $20 and up), fuel tank and this is an all-in-one unit in a metal case. I have the option of using whichever heater best fits my needs at some point in time and having a full set of spares for it.
