$10.49 + $3.99 shipping plus a small to medium powerbank (up to about pack of king-sized cigarettes) will get you wireless warmth. For me, the price is fine as I have several small powerbanks that will fit in the zippered pocket - the one I'm using was tested to 3.9AH with a 1.75 amp load so it can handle the much smaller load of the neck warmer for several hours.

If you're old like me, your neck has had its share of stress over time and a little extrea warmth provides comfort. If you're out in winter weather, it might be much-needed warmth.
The loop show in the ad is because there's a loop on the back side of the non-switch end so the end with the powerbank can be dropped through that loop and hold it in place.
Three heating levels, selected and displayed by the switch. The heating element takes 620 to 630 milliamps (0.62 - 0.63 amp) at 5 volts. That works out to about 3.1 watts at full power.
Red - on continuously
White - on 3 seconds off 1 second - effectively 75% power.
Blue - on 1 second, off 1 second - effectively 50% power.
They appear to be closing these out as the original price was $69.99, then $19.99 so there might be a limited stock.
I've had mine on the highest level for about 30 minutes and it's comfortable - and I can get up and go to the mailbox with removing the heat source or worrying whether I turned off a heating pad when I leave the room - I'm taking it with me ;-)
