Rule iL200P 12 volt, 4.5 amp, 200GPH (3.33GPM), 11PSI (32ft of head) inline submersible pump.
This can drive any EPA compliant 2.5GPM faucet or showerhead. Possibly two showerheads if they have inline flow controls. Certainly beats carrying buckets of water up one or two flights of stairs. Most standard plumbing fixtures work with 8 or 9 PSI so this could provide a shower as long as you have water and power. In summer, set up a showerhead over a kiddie pool and keep recycling the water to cool the kids (and maybe the adults). 12 volts at 4.5 amps is 54 watts so a 50 watt panel could provide power for a number of hours on a sunny because the pump won't be running at full pressure so it won't need 4.5 amps. Even a 7AH battery from a small UPS with that 50 watt panel and PWM solar charge controller would be more than adequate.
1/2" hose barbs for input and output. Use 1/2" ID plastic potable water hose and suitable clamps.
$12.95 + tax + ship. Limit 2. Regular $19.95.
ends midnite 23 Dec
If you need a float switch to turn the pump off when a barrel or other container is full, they have one for $9.95:
theelectronicgoldmine.com/products/g24516 but it's only rated for 0.5 amp so you would also need a relay to control the pump but their current stock of relays doesn't have anything that would work.
Amazon has two 12 volt relays with 40 amp contacts for $8.99 + tax + ship

Current draw is less at lower pressure or less head. This pump does NOT have a built-in pressure switch so up to you to add that if needed. If you just need to get water up a floor or two, that could be done with a manual switch or a float switch in the tank at the desired level.
If you need some deck lights - or mount them vertically and use them for walkway lights or whatever else - for $5.49 + tax + ship.

I've bought a number of "bits and pieces" (including multiple pumps) from Goldmine and everything has been as described.
