Pressure washer. Tires flat, engine sputters when it tries to run. Looks a lot like the 10+ year-old Honda-powered pressure washer I have (currently waiting for me to replace the carb - need to be sitting on the concrete drive to do that so probably not for a while :-(
However, this picture tells the story of a good piece of equipment left outside, uncovered, covered in dirt and rusting away.
