FTWB & I just got home from GB. We stayed in central London at the Savoy. Please don't think we usually stay at joints like that. Most times what we paid for 4 nights there we pay for 2 weeks for other lodging. We were in London for a gold conference put on by GATA. We were south and west of the riot area, thankfully. We did go to Bedfordshire but the route was still west of the problem area. We also visited the city of Bath and Stonehenge. Buncha big ol' rocks. We have a friend that has a home on Bedford. His house is kinda new, 1760. Well that IS new for GB.

I was driving from Basingstoke to Plymouth when I came upon a strangely familiar pile of large rocks. I was about a mile past it when my brain engaged and I hit the brakes. I was very impressed. The tunnel and sheep wire fence was not so impressive.
