Searching for story "Liberteria" by infoscout. I found this story on another site, but only the first few chapters were provided. I don't know if the creator quit writing the story or if the story was completed elsewhere.

I think the author may have deserted the story after that one posting - or possibly it had a conflict with "The Republic of Liberteria" fictional country.
Having been posting stories here for a number of years, I know that life interferes with writing.
