That Safer Home fly trap looks very familiar. Mine works very well. You just have to remember to replace the glue board once a month. It took care of a bad gnat problem extremely well. Got the stink bugs that invaded in the winter also. Two thumbs up. The generic glue boards that fit are quite reasonable on Amazon.

Our pest control company uses the "perimeter border" - effectively a nerve agent for insects that kills any that walk across it but on occasion we need to do something about flying insects. I added the glue boards at the basement entrances to catch any that make it across that barrier and inside the house. Any that miss the glue boards will be moving VERY slowly or on their backs and not moving at all when I see them.
I discovered the hanging strips about 40 years ago when I had an outside "shed" that I had converted to a workshop. I also added thermostat controlled heat (1500 watt electric heater with a wall-mounted thermostat that operated a relay to switch the heater on/off) and the smallest available window A/C. When we sold that house, the buyer wanted the shed included - can't imagine why ;-)
