When it's 4AM an you're hurting too much to sleep, you might as well be doing something to distract yourself so I'm learning a new app: the Subway sandwich shop app. Most suburban Subway stores are, at best, late breakfast (open at 9AM) through a very late supper (close at 10PM).
As I explore the app, I locate the store nearest me - actually in walking distance if I could still walk half a mile in the heat :-( The store lists: Curbside pickup: 11AM - 7PM Delivery In-Store pickup Open Late Serves breakfast: 24 hours.
I just don't see how a place open from 9AM to 10PM can serve breakfast 24 hours. Is that an indication that the people now putting the sandwiches together don't know any more about making a sandwich than they do about telling time?
Maybe I better check the fridge for some deli turkey and ham...

I think my SAT scores (back in a decade when they were still considered a valid measure of intelligence) might have been good enough for Mensa membership but not all the paper from high school has followed me through 4 moves over 2 states, 400+ miles and 50+ years. And I doubt that the high school (now a junior high/middle school) still has documents that old...

My IQ tests put me in the range but I took the Navy over SAT and never looked back

My SAT was just short of Mensa qualification, but my ACT was good enough. I had no interest in Mensa membership from what I had seen of the so called geniuses. I prefer normal people, as I was raised a country boy. Actually I prefer most dogs to most people, but that's another story.
