If you bought a "10A 150W adjustable load" from ebay or any of a number of vendors, you're probably missing a manual - even a one page Chinglish document ;-)
If the load looks like this: www.jecarter.us/files/10A%20150W%20adjustable%20load.jpg
And the screen looks like this when it's on: www.jecarter.us/files/10A%20150W%20adjustable%20load%20screen.jpg
There's a Word document of the below instructions: www.jecarter.us/files/10A%20150W%20150V%20adjustable%20load.doc
Or you could just copy and paste the text here.

10A 150W adjustable load
Adapted from www.banber.com/gather/63578117f242b10009e84574.html after much aggravation waiting for it to load and Chrome complaining about "Not enough memory". Firefox was able to load the page with no problems. Wait for the first block of graphics to load and you can scroll down to the "Chinese" and "English" selection blocks.
I think the power connector (12 volts, 1 amp) and the V+, V-, A+, A- designations on the board are adequate for hooking it up ;-)

4. Setting discharge parameters: 2.5V cutoff, 10A load
You may want to put some heavy tape over the beeper: it BEEPS on every click and rapidly becomes annoying - even to someone a couple of rooms away.
4.1. Double-click "SET" key to enter parameter setting mode
4.2, Click on '+' or '-' to adjust the stop voltage, long press continuous adjustment to set 2.5V stop voltage
4.3. Click SET key to switch to discharge current setting after stop voltage setting is complete
4.4. Click on '+' or '-' to adjust the discharge current, and set the 10A discharge current by adjusting it continuously
4.5. Set when clicking SET key to switch to after current setting is completed
4.6. Click on '+' or '-' to adjust the discharge current, and set 000:30 (30 minutes of discharge) by adjusting it continuously for a long time
Note: 000:00 means unlimited discharge time
5. Click ON/OFF to run or suspend load
6. Trigger stop condition, program end automatically, pop up test report interface
