Explosive injuries in your story? How are they treated?

The CDC has a primer on explosive injuries for emergency caregivers because most of them have never seen explosive injuries and certainly not on a "mass casualty" scale. The link is:

It's about 6 pages long and has a list of references on the last page.

It might let you add some genuine gruesome detail to the IED event in your story about how the Memorial Day parade ended...

Thanks! That is something that most of us have absolutely no clue about. It could be valuable information for more than just writing stories.
