First you need $35,373.36 (25000GBP at today's exchange rate). Then you need at least half that much for replacement parts that you can't get at your local Advance Auto Parts. Maybe there's a Rolls dealer near you who could help?
Then you need $$$$$ to get it shipped (literally, as it's too big [bus] and heavy [armored] for other transport). Then you need to find out whether it meets US emissions standards or it might be exempt because of its special purpose or collectible vehicle status. If it doesn't meet US emissions, it can only stay here a year and then must leave the country but maybe only a day or so - that's something else to investigate.
Maybe get a mail carrier as part of your group because he/she is accustomed to driving a right-hand-drive vehicle?
If you have $150,000 to $200,000 to invest you could have the bus in a couple of months
I'll be happy to let you park it on the paved lower driveway and I'll provide pressure treated lumber to keep the tires off the concrete and solar power to keep the battery fully charged. I might even spring for tire covers to keep the sun from aging them when the bus is parked for a long time ;-)
