Today's Wall Street Journal had an article on "Bunker Food: It's Not Just for the Apocalypse, Anymore" (http://www.wsj.com/articles/bunker-food-not-just-for-the-apocalypse-anymore-1468944109).
Generally, it's about how some people are using freeze-dried foods in their everyday cooking and not just making their purchase a "one-and-done", waiting for a disaster to occur.
As you'd expect with mainstream media, the tone is kind of sneering in places, but it's an interesting question: Do you use your freeze-dried stuff in any of your everyday cooking?
