Gluten Free Flour Substitute Mix 8 cups rice flour, finely ground 3 cup potato starch flour 1 1/3 cup tapioca starch
Mix well and use in all your favorite recipes to replace the flour in those recipes, giving you gluten free baking. Makes 12 1/2 cups of a flour substitute mix
