Wayfair has a very similar unit under the VEVOR label for $185; direct from VEVOR it's $180. This is a compressor-powered fridge/freezer so it actually can keep things cold on a hot day. The interior size is 20 liters / 21 quarts / 0.7 cubic foot or 25 cans of soda. You could get a gallon or more of ice cream home from the store before it melted. It's certainly big enough to be a medications fridge - insulin or whatever else you might need. It has battery protection - the battery voltage at which it shuts off is settable so you can still start your vehicle. From a review on Amazon: It uses about 36 watts when it runs. The compressor runs about 10 minutes on and then 10-15 minutes off. Another source says it uses one kwH for 2-4 days use depending on temperature. If true, one 12 volt 100AH LiFePO4 battery could provide that level of power.
