Banggood.com shipped a bunch of AU/EU/UK 12/24 volt DC, 220 volt AC compressor driven Alpicool 20 liter (21 quart) fridge/freezer units to the US and they're clearing them out at $185 instead $325 (plus $3 shipping).
Great deal if you need a small DC fridge/freezer.
Without power, the unit will warm from -4F to 32F in 24 hours so it is reasonably well insulated.
If I had a use for one, I would have ordered it before I posted ;-)
Note that this is a compressor driven unit, not a Peltier (thermoelectric) unit. It's much more frugal with power and it can actually cool to -4F, not just 30 or 40 degrees below ambient temperature.
This user says it uses 40-45 watts for 9-12 minutes an hour (at room temperature) so 3.5 to 4 amps for about 20% of the time (more power on hotter days). With a 50AH 12 volt battery and a 100 watt solar panel and charge controller, you can have a cooler that stays cool "forever" ;-)
