I'm sitting here sipping a cup of "Lost Maples" yaupon tea from www.catspringtea.com/ Check out their site. On their "steeping" page, they mention getting four cups of tea out of a single bag by increasing the steeping time. If you drink much tea, that drops the price considerably ;-) Yaupon is high in antioxidants.
Meanwhile, go have a look at their factory: www.google.com/maps/uv?hl=en&pb=!1s0x864157f2544b0f61:0x66eae176cd7bce80!3m1!7e115!4s/maps/place/cat%2Bspring%2Byaupon/@29.8468863,-96.326655,3a,75y,45.43h,90t/data%3D*213m4*211e1*213m2*211sZF4bQDT5CVoDqjrvVbfTng*212e0*214m2*213m1*211s0x864157f2544b0f61:0x66eae176cd7bce80?sa%3DX!5scat+spring+yaupon+-+Google+Search&imagekey=!1e2!2sZF4bQDT5CVoDqjrvVbfTng&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiSmrqu16noAhUGVa0KHVrzAW8Qpx8wDXoECAsQBg
Scroll sideways until you see the building with the silver SUV parked by it.
From their site:
When you brew yaupon, you may think of tea. You can use tea brewing techniques to make a cup of yaupon and the final cup will even look like tea. However, you’ll find this cup is different than any cup of tea you’ve had.
Yaupon comes from the plant Ilux vomitoria instead of Camellia sinensis, which is the plant many traditional varieties of tea come from.
Yaupon lacks tannins. Without tannins, you can steep your yaupon multiple times without your drink growing bitter or astringent.
Yaupon has lots of antioxidants. In fact, yaupon retains more antioxidants than green tea after processing.

Notice that last line. If you're looking for a healthful drink, this might be it.
But be sure and take your elderberry tonic anyway...
